Cardiology Outpatient Advanced Practitioner opportunity in the Hartford region.
Trinity Health Of New England seeks a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join the Cardiology team.
Join an established and growing interdisciplinary Cardiology team of board-certified physicians and advanced practice providers.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Seeing outpatients in office-based settings throughout the Hartford area, one outpatient center per day with Saint Francis Hospital as the hub.
- Providing transitional care management.
- Offering guideline-directed medical therapy optimization.
- Performing advanced evaluations and nuclear and stress testing.
- Providing same-day access to care.
The successful candidate:
- Is interested in cardiac care.
- Has cardiology experience (preferred but not required).
- Will have a Connecticut state advanced practice nurse or physician assistant license.
The area of Hartford and Waterbury, CT:
- Live and play within welcoming neighborhoods with excellent schools, great restaurants, shopping, music, museums and historical areas.
- Commute easily to NYC, Boston and other destinations with dependable air and rail services nearby.
